We have purchased several homes in the past and were always surprised by how quickly we would find issues that maybe should have been found by our previous home inspectors. During our most recent purchase a friend recommended Matt Herchick from Professional Eye Home Inspection. He not only invited us to come along for the inspection, but took the time to discuss issues he saw as he saw them.

In addition, he set up a meeting to thoroughly go over the report to make sure we were knowledgable of his findings. Ultimately, Matt is the best we have worked with and we would highly recommend his services to anyone who wants a comprehensive inspection to help avoid making a poor decision.

The issues you were able to observe with my property I would have never found. You have a keen eye for detail. Additionally I saved money by addressing the mold in the attic before I finalized the purchase agreement. I intend on fixing everything else you notated on my own.
